On December 14, 2023, Hytitan Company organized a safety facility completion acceptance meeting for the first phase of the 14kt/a modified ADC foaming agent project. The meeting included company engineering and technical personnel, safety management personnel, representatives from project construction (installation), supervision, design, process control, acceptance evaluation units, and invited safety experts.

The expert group listened to reports on the project construction and trial production from the construction unit and acceptance evaluation unit, reviewed relevant acceptance materials, and conducted on-site inspections. The expert consensus approved the completion acceptance of the safety facilities for this project, while also providing some corrective suggestions.

The modified ADC foaming agent project has been in trial production since January 16, 2023. Over the past nearly a year, under the guidance of company leadership and the collective efforts of all employees, the production line for the modified ADC foaming agent, with the highest degree of mechanization in the country, has been completed. This involved numerous explorations, adjustments, and improvements in process conditions, as well as the supplementary and adjustment of equipment for processes such as feeding, packaging, stacking, and winding.

The internal audit of safety facility completion acceptance is a crucial step in obtaining the hazardous chemical safety production license and an important milestone for Hytitan as it moves towards formal production. The road ahead is still long, and all colleagues will prioritize safety, continuously approach intrinsic safety in both hardware and software, and resolutely achieve this year's safety goals!
