The groundbreaking ceremony for the Hytitan Project took place on November 18, 2019, at 10:18 am at the China Chemical New Materials (Jiaxing) Industrial Park. Zhejiang Hytitan New Material Technology Co., Ltd is Zhejiang Haihong Holdings Group's wholly-owned subsidiary. The project involves 15kt/a modified ADC foaming agent, 5000t/a microsphere expanding agent, and 10kt/a lithium battery material.

Leaders and guests attending the ceremony included Dong Guoqing, President of the Zhejiang Chemical Safety Association; Dai Dirong, Director of the New Materials Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; Shi Yunliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Jiaxing Port Economic Development Zone; Bai Weidong, Chairman of Jiayuan Group; Hu Yadong, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Jiaxing Port Economic Development Zone; Wang Xinnan, Director of the Public Security Bureau of the Jiaxing Port Economic Development Zone; Li Jun, Deputy Researcher of the Management Committee of the Jiaxing Port Economic Development Zone; Professor Shen Dongsheng of Zhejiang Gongshang University, and leaders from Jiaxing City's Solid Waste Disposal Center, Port Economic Development Bureau, Planning and Construction Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Fire Brigade, Investment Promotion Bureau, Land Bureau, Power Bureau, Binhai Group, Jiaxing Petrochemical, and Port Sewage.

Fireworks lit up the sky, and applause echoed throughout the venue. The holding of the groundbreaking ceremony signifies the formal advancement of the Hytitan project. All Hytitan personnel are urged to fully commit to the project's construction, striving for early completion and production, laying a solid foundation for Haihong's entry into new territories.
