On January 6, 2023, the modified ADC foaming agent project of Hytitan underwent an expert review for the trial production plan. In the morning, experts visited various sites such as the central control room, Workshop 1, and the warehouse. They compared the actual conditions with the design drawings, focusing on examining the process route, explosion-proof equipment, and safety and firefighting facilities. In the afternoon, they specifically checked personnel certifications, management systems, equipment records, safety education drills, and other aspects.

After a full day of inspection and review by the experts, some corrective suggestions were provided for Hytitan's trial production plan for the modified ADC foaming agent. However, they also stated that the trial production project did not have significant flaws and, in principle, could be approved.

The approval through expert review marks the formal entry of the Hytitan modified ADC foaming agent project into the trial production phase, saving valuable time for the seamless transition and relocation of Haihong Group's chemical projects.
